Design System – Dark Mode
Proposed and secured CPO alignment on a token-based system to eliminate 2 years of UI debt, with a zero-API-change target to protect 8 live enterprise integrations. Built to WCAG 2.1 AA at the foundation layer. Designed in 2 sprints and rolled out module by module, so no client experienced a disruptive switchover.
